If you have no account in JCEN, please click the 'CREATE ACCOUNT' button above and fill up the requested information. The system will detect your former registration by your email address. You will be asked to enter your E-mail address, Password, Name and Contact.
Please note that the information you fill up will be stored in the JCEN database for only Editorial use.
After successful registration, you will receive an email for confirming your user ID and password. When you have received this email, DO NOT REGISTER AGAIN.
Just log in as an ¡®AUTHOR¡¯ on left, Role Information. If you need further assistance, please contact to the Editorial Office.

After you LOGIN, you should click ¡°Author¡± in Role information, left Menu. On Right, click ¡°New Submissions¡± and you can submit a manuscript. Submission formats are supported including DOC, DOCX, PDF, JPG, Tiff files. Further information about manuscript preparation is in 'Instructions to Authors', left menu. |

Please Login after you have received an email which requested to review a manuscript. In Role Information, you should click ¡®Reviewer¡¯. On right, below Process, you should click ¡°Respond to Invitation¡±. And then you can choose Review ¡®Invitation Accept¡¯ or ¡®Decline¡¯. After you accept the invitation, you could read the manuscript and write your comments to authors and editor by online.
